If you have a specific item you would like the board to address at a board meeting, you should contact the board ten (10) days before the next board meeting to get a topic placed on the agenda. If you would like to be heard during the open forum section of a board meeting, please contact the board three (3) days before the meeting. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month. This is the time that members can voice their opinions and concerns to the board regarding current agenda items. The board will listen (not comment) during this time. Items brought up in the open forum, not on the agenda may be placed on future meeting agendas to be addressed.
