Interested in storing your small watercraft at the beach?

Edgewater Beach Corporation (EBC) members can store small vessels (paddleboards, kayaks, canoes) in the EBC racks for a fee, subject to availability.

Watersport Rack Rules and Policies:

Slot holders must be members of EBC.
Slots are leased for $40 on an annual basis for the period of April 1st to March 31st of the next calendar year.
Racks are reserved for the storage of small watercraft that are to be launched from the beach property.

Stored watercraft must be owned by the slot holder.
Usage is limited to personal watercraft, paddles, and personal flotation devices (PFDs).
Storage of items such as PFDs and other items not directly related to the propulsion of the vessel shall be stored inside the vessel.
When not in use, all watercraft and accessories must be stored in the assigned slot and secured.
Watercraft and accessories must fit entirely in their storage slot and not impede the use of other slots. This does not apply to a length extending past the rack that is deemed reasonable.
Multiple watercraft are permitted in a single slot, provided Rule 9 is followed (e.g., stacked paddleboards).
Storage of items other than those permitted by these rules is prohibited.
Slot holders are solely responsible for securing their property against theft and weather conditions.
Modification of racks is prohibited.

To maintain a safe and tidy environment, slot holders must comply with the above rules. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the loss of rack privileges. Should the Property Director recommend revocation of rack privileges, the decision would be decided by a majority vote of the EBC Board.
